Research shows that people can extend their lives and increase their health span by adopting practices in the domains of exercise/nutrition/self-care and meditation.

The purpose of this FREE conference is to discuss these wellness issues.

What can you expect? There is a great deal of content that discusses wellness topics. So much that it is difficult to know where to start and what to believe. In this conference, speakers will cut through the clutter and provide practical and understandable insights.
